TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Set out below are the terms on which Medicskin provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them before any payment is made:
- For online booking services:
Appointments and cancellations
- Advanced booking for treatment is required. If the doctor/therapist with whom you have an appointment is unable to conduct any treatment at the scheduled time for whatever reason, we shall have the power to exercise discretion to arrange another doctor/therapist to perform the treatment on you. You also agree that if you refuse to receive treatment from the doctor/therapist being introduced by us under the circumstance and request for another doctor/therapist, you will make up the value difference in full in order to take effect of the arrangement.
- You agree that to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, you have to notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment is due will result in charging the amount of HK$ 500 as a handling fee, the same shall be deducted from your deposit payment. For a no-shows cases, any payment made in associated with that appointment will count as services rendered and forfeited. Except where expressly stated, all payments are non-refundable.
- Online Consultation
- The online consultation services are NOT FOR use for Medical Emergencies or urgent situations. You should not disregard or delay seeking medical advice based on anything that appears on this website.
- Your interaction with our doctor and/or employees through the Services is not intended to replace your relationship with your existing primary medical doctors /professionals.
- As part of the online consultation process, you are required to provide us with certain personal and medical information. Additionally, it is your responsibility to update us as promptly as possible with changes to your personal and/or medical information so that all records are current, complete and accurate.
- Any information provided as part of video, telephone, email or other electronic communications channels becomes part of your medical record. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself for your Record. It is your responsibility to confirm any third party information, or information regarding a minor child of whom you are a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to maintain, delete or destroy all communications and materials provided to us pursuant to our internal retention and/or destruction policies.
- Treatment suitability
- We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If the appointment is considered not suitable for you and being canceled by us under this circumstance and if you have already made payment, we will make a refund. You agree and accept that we will not be obliged to offer any compensation for the disappointment suffered.
- Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance. Late arrival may result in forfeiture of the appointment. We will endeavor to ensure that your appointment runs on time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
- Prior to your appointment, we will inform you of any preparation work required in advance of your treatment. Please cooperate with us. Failure to follow our instructions may result in the cancellation of your appointment; any payment made in associated with that appointment, in this case, will count as services rendered and not refundable.
- Please ensure that you have carefully read the information sheet about the relevant treatment provided by Medicskin and properly understand its content before making any online payment through this website
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide true, current and complete information about yourself including but not limited to medical history to us prior to each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of your failure to disclose such details.
- For Skincare Delivery Service
4.1 If you order any skincare products from Medicskin through video, telephone, email, or other electronic communication channels and choose to receive the products by courier or by registered post, you agreed to be bound by the following terms of this Clause

- Any communication provided to you by any of our staff or representatives of our center through video, telephone, email, or other electronic communication channels does not constitute any medical advice.
- If you want to seek medical consultation or advice from our doctor, please call Medicskin to make an appointment for Doctor’s face-to-face consultation.
- Please ensure that all information you have provided to us is accurate, timely, and complete. If you are the parent or guardian of a person under the age of 18 (collectively referred to as the “person”), you are responsible for confirming that the information provided is accurate, timely, and complete on behalf of the person. If there are any updates to your personal data or medical information, you are responsible for notifying our center to make such updates to ensure that all records are timely, complete, and accurate. This information includes but is not limited to your medical history and information about any previous medical aesthetic treatments you have received. Medicskin will not be liable or responsible in any way should you fail to provide any of the above information.
4.2 Remarks for non-HK orders

- For any orders that are shipped to destinations outside Hong Kong, you are considered as the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subjected to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Medicskin has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
- If you refuse to collect parcels and are returned to us as undeliverable, you should pay for the shipping charges (including send out & return shipment), handling charges and a re-stocking fee (15% of the order total price). The balance will then be refunded back to you.
When the order and payment have been confirmed, it means you agree to accept the responsibility for the import duties and/or tax, additional charge and Import Trade Declaration for custom clearance.

- NOTE: As import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance must comply with the laws and requirements of the country, Medicskin MUST provide the values of the product(s) for customs clearance. In addition, some of the countries request to attach the product details with value outside the parcel; thus, Medicskin will NOT amend the product value in any circumstances.
- Other terms and conditions
- Any payment made by you through this website remains unutilized for a period of 12 months, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit.
- Please review our other policies, which are available on this site. These policies also govern your visit to medicskin.com. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and operable to the extent permitted under the law, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
- We use a third-party payment service providers to process online transactions. When you place an order, you agree and accept that your credit card information will be collected, processed, and kept by the third-party payment service provider subject to its terms and conditions. You agree and accept that you are solely and exclusively responsible for any losses incurred or sustained by you in making credit card transactions, and in no event shall any such losses in whole or in part be borne by us.
- com may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the site, without notice, for any conduct that medicskin.com, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to medicskin.com or a third party.
- You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or under 18 years of age but possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use, and comply with them.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
- We reserve the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. In case of dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
- Security
Our online payment transaction processes adopt for 256-bit SSL encryption via VeriSign’s Global Site Certificate technology for data transmission so that it could protect your data via encrypting it in a secure format to ensure its privacy is maintained. Medicskin.com will thoroughly commit to make sure all personal data, collected from the website, held by medicskin.com are stored in a safeguarded and secure place under the safe security measures taken. All personal data you provide to us is secured on our website with restricted access by authorized personnel only. - Personal Data Collection

- Disclaimer
- You are solely responsible for all information and/or communication sent during a video/telephone/email consultation or other communication. We do not guarantee that a video/telephone/consultation is the appropriate course of treatment for your problem. Furthermore, the online consultation service is not a substitute for your primary care. If you require urgent care, you should contact your local emergency services immediately.
- you agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible or liable (whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise), under any circumstances, for any (a) interruption of business; (b) access delays or access interruptions to the site; (c) data non-delivery, misdelivery, corruption, destruction or other modification; (d) loss or damages of any sort incurred as a result of dealings with or the presence of off-website links on the site; (e) computer viruses, system failures or malfunctions which may occur in connection with your use of the site, including during hyperlink to or from third-party websites (f) any inaccuracies or omissions in content or (g) events beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS)
As a customer of our company, or a visitor or user of our website(s), it may be necessary for you to provide us with your personal data when you apply to us and/or continue to subscribe with us for any service and/or product. If your personal data is incomplete or incorrect, we may not be able to provide or continue to provide the services to you. We shall keep your personal data confidential at all times. - Facilitating the daily operation of your account, provisioning of customer services and/or the collection of overdue amounts in your account in relation to the services;
We may disclose and transfer (whether in Hong Kong or overseas) your personal data to the following parties to use, disclose, process or retain your personal data for the purposes mentioned above:

- Our affiliated companies, business partners;
- Banks, financial institutions and credit providers;
