Clear + Brilliant is a laser platform available in two wavelengths — Original (1440nm) and Perméa® (1927nm) — each targeting a different skin depth and concern. The laser creates hundreds of thousands of microscopic treatment zones in the upper layers of the skin, stimulating tissue remodeling for smoother, brighter-looking skin. We offer two device models: the original Clear + Brilliant, and the newer Clear + Brilliant Touch.

Clear + Brilliant (Original)

The two wavelengths
The Original handpiece (1440nm) penetrates more deeply into the dermis, up to 0.4mm, and focuses on skin texture, fine lines, pore appearance, and collagen support. The Perméa® handpiece (1927nm) delivers a wider, shallower treatment targeting the epidermis, up to 0.17mm, and focuses on skin radiance, tone, appearance of pigmentation, and enhanced uptake of topical antioxidants.

Clear + Brilliant® Touch

An upgraded version of Clear + Brilliant, allowing both laser wavelengths to be delivered within a single treatment session via two interchangeable handpieces.

What’s new
The Touch system allows seamless switching between the Original and Perméa® handpieces within the same session, using a shared consumable tip. Treatment is guided by an Intelligent Optical Tracking system for consistent, even application, and a Charting Assistant feature records treatment progress for each patient.
